I hope you are well. The weather here in London is absolutely glorious at the moment. Brilliant sunshine, and the first hint of autumn reds and golds in the trees.

Yesterday near to Tower Bridge, the Olympic flag was raised for the first time to show that London now has the responsibility during the next four years of preparing for "the best games ever !!! ..... "  according to Boris Johnson ( our Mayor ) ----- so, no pressure then  .........
